The house sale that Gerry was involved with was "intricate" to say the least. Gerry took ownership and lead the way, and by doing so commanded respect from everyone that we dealt with, from other agents, to inspectors, to contractors. He knew someone reputable that could resolve each of the many issues that we encountered. He knows the market and represented my family with professionalism and dignity. She explained the relationship of the property with sold properties. She is very friendly and outgoing but never becomes difficult. I had researched the value myself and felt she gave a realistic asking price. After the sale she continued to offer advice and help. A previous property bought with another realtor was totally unsatisfactory. I would definitely use her again and would highly recommend her.
