She explained the relationship of the property with sold properties. She is very friendly and outgoing but never becomes difficult. I had researched the value myself and felt she gave a realistic asking price. After the sale she continued to offer advice and help. A previous property bought with another realtor was totally unsatisfactory. I would definitely use her again and would highly recommend her.
