She was so completely open, honest and knowledgeable that I felt so comfortable working with her. She handled every detail with care, compassion, and professionalism. Every part of the process was offered and explained more than once. It made an unbearable event, somewhat bearable. Explaining everything was only part of what she did. Michele strategically put our listing as a coming soon and scheduled our open houses on the day the listing went active which created great interest resulting in a successful open house. During the open house, she was very attentive and even brought flowers for the front porch to make the home more welcoming. The open house was very organized despite having multiple groups on those days. She was very good handling every detail from beginning to end. She patiently guided me all the way from reviewing comparable sales and pricing our family home, to scheduling the CO inspection with the township. She also provided me with information about reputable contractors to make any necessary repairs. Michele responded quickly to all questions and was readily accessible when contacting her via cell phone and emails. She made this experience as stress free as humanly possible and I was relieved that everything went so smoothly. In the end, the house was sold in a weekend, with multiple offers, and with her strong negotiating skills, we received an offer above the asking price. Michele is a dedicated real estate agent who always keeps her client’s best interest in mind and diligently ensures all facets of a transaction are attended to. She has a thorough knowledge of her job, communicates effectively and is a pleasure to work with.
