My situation was bittersweet. Debbie handled it delicately. I was left my parents house, which was actually my grandparents house, after they both passed away in 2025. We originally met Debbie at an open house when my daughter was looking for a house. My daughter hired her as her realtor and she was so patient with her for the year she was looking. So why not give her the opportunity to do the sale for my property. She helped out with all the paperwork, open permits, logistics with staging the house for the one open house we had. Had 6 or so offers and accepted the first one about one week later. She knew exactly how to handle the business and we received alot more than I ever expected. I now consider Debbie a friend and will most definitely be doing all my families realty dealings. She is one of kind and appreciate all that she has done and will continue to do in her career.

At the end of the day, we’ll remember Nick as more than just the realtor who helped us buy and sell our home. He was someone we could count on during a very busy and stressful time for our family. From helping with our dogs and entertaining our son to making sure we crossed every finish-line detail, he was there for us every step of the way. We’re truly grateful for everything he did and would absolutely recommend Nick to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to have in our corner.

What can I say about Nick that has not already been said. Nick is very helpful and it's very apparent that he takes his job seriously , does his research and really understands the workings of different homes and can lend guidance to prospective home buyers on things they should look out for, resources that they may be able to to get, even down to helping test the fire pit in my case. Even my family noted how helpful he was and that he seemed like a great agent just based on the limited time they spent with him during our home inspection. This home buying process has been overwhelming but not difficult with the help and support of Nick and his team and for that I'm thankful.

Bernice's experience in the industry is incredibly valuable. Her knowledge of so many areas and neighborhoods was also helpful in a really challenging market. I was in a tight price range, and it took some time and persistence, but she really stuck with me. When I say I looked all over, I mean multiple counties and towns, and her reassurance that we'd find the one helped - and paid off. She's friendly, easy going, and down to earth too, which makes for a pleasant experience!

This was my first-time buying a home and Bernice made this experience as smooth and least stressful as possible.
