We knew from the beginning that Ed would be the best realtor to help us buy our home. We we impressed by his deep understanding of market trends, his responsiveness to our personal needs and his ability to make excellent suggestions for solving problems. We felt comfortable with his professionalism and commitment from the start. We contacted Ed well over a year before we bought, with the intention of buying in six months. Because of personal circumstances, it took much longer. He was very patient, contacting us from time to time just to check in and offer help. He would occasionally send an email with several houses that he thought might interest us or update us with market trends. He was never overaggresive and was very responsive to our personal situation. When we were finally ready to buy, Ed was totally committed to helping us find the house that was perfect for us. After we made an offer, he kept us informed as to progress, and when a problem arose in the inspection process, a very fair negotiation process was quick and easy. In addition Ed went above and beyond by making suggestions for contractors to help with improvements and even recomended an insurance agent that was beneficial. Communication throughout the process was super responsive. We were kept informed throughout the entire process with regular updates. Questions were answered clearly and quickly, and we had many since we had not bought a home in 52 years. In addition, closing was extremely smooth.
