Working with Eric Branton for over a decade has been an absolute pleasure. He is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and has guided us seamlessly through every step of the process. Beyond helping us find a buyer, Eric also managed renting out our property—connecting us with reliable, hassle-free tenants and making the entire experience effortless. His attention to detail and dedication make what could be a stressful process completely smooth and worry-free. We highly recommend Eric Branton to anyone looking for a top-tier real estate professional!

Eric was the perfect realtor for me from the beginning! He was so patient with my lack of technical, computer skills and would walk me through the steps on the computer. He was knowledgeable on all areas(especially asking price for my house) of the selling process. He was a whiz at taking pictures and making the whole house look great for the listing. I trusted his opinion on negotiations and his choice of an attorney for me was spot on. If you are either selling or buying a house Eric is your man!!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Eric Branton on both the purchase and sale of our home, and we couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, Eric guided us with the kind of wisdom, professionalism, and calm confidence that every buyer and seller hopes for. Both transactions went incredibly smoothly. Every detail was handled with precision, communication was always clear and timely, and we felt fully supported throughout the entire process. Eric's deep knowledge of the market, strategic insight, and genuine care for his clients set him apart. He truly made what can be a stressful experience feel seamless and even enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend Eric to others.

I choose Kathy to help me sell my father's house, the house I grew up in, because she is held in high regard by so many people. From the pricing strategy to timing the house on the market, I provided my ideas and Kathy modified them to get more buyers to see the house, and therefore more offers. And while the housing market was strong, Kathy's approach exceeded our expectations with both foot traffic and strong offers. And as we approached closing, we had an issue from the home inspections that could have killed the deal or cost us tens of thousands in expense (we received estimates). Kathy had done work with a company reliable that fixed the issue and at very reasonable cost including a warranty on their work. Kathy was a pleasure to work with and thanks to Kathy's deep local experience, contacts, and can-do approach, we were able to sell my father's house quickly by finding solutions!

I am lucky to have met Kathleen by coincidence in 2002. Kathy has helped me find and buy and sell a number of properties over the past 20 years. Not only does Kathy possess extensive knowledge of the real estate market. She always comes prepared and with great suggestions. In addition she possesses that “can do “ attitude that is not always easy to find. Her knowledge, professionalism, and high character make her a wonderful person to work with. I could not have been happier. I enthusiastically recommend Kathy to all my friends and family when they are looking to buy a home.

Kathy was always there when I had a question or a concern. She both sold my house and helped me find my new house. Helped with closing coordination (which is not an easy thing). She is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. She went above and beyond what a typical realtor does. She was extremely helpful and I’m very thankful for all her help and expertise.

My family had a great experience with Vaishali who was responsive and supportive to help my parents sell a home they had lived in for decades. Her empathy, patience, and professionalism were so important!

Don't let her sweet and gentle demeanor fool you. Vaishali is a Ninja Warrior! I used her because she had come HIGHLY recommended by a close friend. I am very happy I took that recommendation. I had a number in mind I wanted to walk away with, after payoff of my loan, etc. Vaishali got me a deal that far exceeded that number. She was a delight to work with at every turn. I now consider her a friend. I would gladly work with Vaishali Senjalia again. She has a strong ethical foundation that drives her decision making and is of the highest moral character. You will not regret working with this fine human being.

Vaishali is a phenomenal realtor at Fox & Roach, Berkshire Hathaway. She is extremely dedicated to her work and remarkably patient throughout the entire process. Her communication skills are excellent, and it was truly a pleasure working with her. She helped us find our home and was incredibly supportive and attentive to our preferences during the home-buying journey. Thank you Vaishaliji 😊
