She had alot of knowledge of the different communities around the Tampa Bay area. Every time I called April she picked up and answered my questions. I was always comfortable with the overall experience. I would recommend April and call her for any future real estate transactions.

When we met with David we were impressed with his enthusiasm and energy. He seemed energized and excited at the prospect of marketing our property. All the agents we interviewed lavishly praised our home but David seemed more genuine and specific in noting features that were marketing high points. I am a NJ Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with 45 years of experience, two professional designations and am a court recognized expert witness in real estate valuation. My wife was a Chief Operating Officer of a national appraisal management company and has worked in mortgage companies, appraisal software companies and managed appraisal data portals for companies such as Corelogic, Mercury and Appraisalscope, so we have a level of knowledge and familiarity that is uncommon in consumers. He laid out a brilliant marketing plan and executed it with precision. He told us that we would have fun and we did. He sold our house in 4 days at $40k over list, setting a precedent in our subdivision. Watching him negotiate offers over the phone with a number of potential buyers was like watching high stakes poker in 'Vegas. He was masterful and it was extremely entertaining. We did have a lot of fun as he said we would until our buyers ran into trouble at the last minute with their house sale. That's when the fun went away and the stress flooded in. Fortunately, David handled those problems with level headed calm and strong negotiating instincts which really helped us. He was cool and collected and drove on with intensity and purpose. He brought us to a successful closing and a happy ending. I without reservation recommend him. His strong suits are energy, planning, communication and super strong negotiating skills.
