I found Jessica just being on line looking at whatever I could afford, lolol, Never Ever did I think I would be looking at Modulars. Did not have 1 clue how it even worked. So, With that I was very scared about that type of purchase and even more with Lot Lease being seperate. After her support and teaching me the process, I figured whats the difference between Lot Lease and Property Taxes? Do you ever own the land anyways? So, I went for it, Bought one in Sept and I am thankful for her. I am an overthinker and that alone is a JOB! She was there for me every time I needed her!!! Rachael Grayson

Some Hurdles along the way but finished strong

I will say her portfolio is what impressed me, so my expectations were set high. Market Knowledge is a strong point for Pat. Professionalism is a strong point for Pat and her team especially Marcy. Marcy is very detail oriented and very responsive. Communication from Pat is not her strong point which was a little frustrating. However, when I needed her the most at the time of closing she went above and beyond to make it happen with all my request.
