We were relocating to another state due to a new job and wanted to sell our house quickly. Dave came into the picture with a plan to sell our house in the quickest amount of time with the most return. We closed roughly 6 weeks later for 51k more than the highest cash buyer was offering. Dave also provided great advise on how to deal with the purchase of our house in the new area we were looking to buy. Dave was professional, knowledgeable, personable, punctual and friendly. I found Jessica just being on line looking at whatever I could afford, lolol, Never Ever did I think I would be looking at Modulars. Did not have 1 clue how it even worked.
