When we met with David we were impressed with his enthusiasm and energy. He seemed energized and excited at the prospect of marketing our property. We can read through BS easily in this field. We interviewed four agents and found David "hands down" to be above the rest in his knowledge of the market, methods, techniques and energy. He laid out a brilliant marketing plan and executed it with precision. He told us that we would have fun and we did. He sold our house in 4 days at $40k over list, setting a precedent in our subdivision. Watching him negotiate offers over the phone with a number of potential buyers was like watching high stakes poker in 'Vegas. He was masterful and it was extremely entertaining. We did have a lot of fun as he said we would until our buyers ran into trouble at the last minute with their house sale. That's when the fun went away and the stress flooded in. Fortunately, David handled those problems with level headed calm and strong negotiating instincts which really helped us. He was cool and collected and drove on with intensity and purpose. He brought us to a successful closing and a happy ending. I without reservation recommend him. His strong suits are energy, planning, communication and super strong negotiating skills.

I found Jessica just being on line looking at whatever I could afford, lolol, Never Ever did I think I would be looking at Modulars. Did not have 1 clue how it even worked. So, With that I was very scared about that type of purchase and even more with Lot Lease being seperate.
