Every time a potential problem arose she already had an answer or knew the contact to reach out to. Also after closing she has checked in to make sure everything is fine. So, With that I was very scared about that type of purchase and even more with Lot Lease being seperate. After her support and teaching me the process, I figured whats the difference between Lot Lease and Property Taxes? Do you ever own the land anyways?
