My wife and I happened upon a listing for a house that fit our budget and desired area and as soon as we got in touch with Suzanne we felt cared for. Suzanne greeted us with a smile and friendly demeanor that made us feel at ease and comfortable. She was extremely knowledgable about the area we were buying a home in and about the property itself. She made every effort to answer our questions and provide next steps. Suzanne was extremely communicative and left no stone unturned. She helped to schedule the necessary inspections, provide action items for us, and helped calm our nerves at times. What could have been an extremely stressful process felt less so thanks to Suzanne’s coordination, advocation, and attention to detail. When we began looking for a home we couldn’t quite forecast how things would go, but Suzanne exceeded all expectations. We truly felt like we were her only clients, which is a true testament to how much she cares. My wife and I can’t thank Suzanne enough for her work and help to make a pretty daunting process for first time home buyers feel manageable. Living in our home for a few months now my wife and I often look back on how things came together. We talk about how much our chosen team made such a difference to us in the home buying experience and Suzanne was a massive piece of it.
