Ours was a long distance sale from Florida, Gail went out of her way to make the sale process as easy as possible for us. Cape May Point rigorously enforces its rules; Gail met with officials on at least four occasions, mitigating some nitpicking by the town. She handled several minor repairs that showed up on the inspection report and installed a fire extinguisher that the town demanded before issuing /renewing a certificate of occupancy. She managed the title company's request for information, often without even contacting us.
