We feel so lucky that we found Carol to help with our home purchase in the Villas! We visited the area on a whim for the first time for a long holiday weekend and fell in love. Carol was able to meet us while we were there to look around at what was available. She kept us updated on properties that fit what we were looking for. I can’t say enough good things about Jason. We knew selling the house from out of state would be tough, and we had zero time to make trips down to deal with anything. He sold it fast, stayed patient through some out-of-the-box buyer situations, and handled every curveball like it was nothing. He checked on the house for us, took care of things we just couldn’t do from that far away, and didn’t hesitate to jump in and handle what needed to be done.
