Working with Marvin Santos was a great experience. Although we met serendipitously Marvin was attentive from the beginning. He was an available to meet with me and show properties, to respond to questions and provide guidance on what to look for and expect from a home. Marvin provided listings of similar budgeted homes for us to see and worked with the selling agents on coordinating viewing times and follow up questions. I enjoyed working with Marvin because he never pushed a home on us and allowed for the process to develop organically. Marvin also provided assistance in securing a home inspection business.
