We worked with Steve for over a year to find a house in the Medford area. He was incredibly kind and patient with us during the lengthy process of finding the perfect home for us. Steve's knowledge of all the communities in this part of New Jersey was invaluable as we were moving from another state and were not very familiar with this part of New Jersey, and his insight on local real estate prices and trends was spot on. We were most impressed with his attention to detail and how he always kept us informed of all the many items that had to be attended to in the buying process. Steve definitely takes the time to understand what his clients want and does his utmost to help you make the best real estate decision. We highly recommend him!

This was our first time buying a home, and it is such a stressful and overwhelming experience I hope I never have to go through again (though if I did, Deb would be my first phone call!) But Deb was with us the whole time, answered every question, never pressured us in any way, she truly wanted us to be 100% happy with our purchase. At times she felt like a protective mother, and I don’t mean that she was overbearing or controlling. I mean that she genuinely had our best interests at heart. Every person she recommended was stellar at their job. She is professional, personable and amazing at her job. I would recommend her to everyone. We are so so so happy in our neighborhood and with our house. Since we’ve settled in, Deb has checked in a few times to make sure we’re doing well.

We were looking for a property and a bit pessimistic that we would find one or could even swing it financially. As soon as we met Bob we just got the impression that he was going to make it happen. Even after some disappointments he just kept saying "oh it will happen"! He found us properties that were not even on the market yet and then showed us a house via face timing us when we couldn't get there to see it ourselves. In the end it did indeed happen. We got our house thanks to Bob and his team. Would highly recommend !
