Aside from being a Cowboys fan, James was truly an amazing realtor. No fluff, I’m sooo grateful to have had the oooortunity to work with him on the sale of my first home. He was professional, extremely responsive, knowledgeable about the market, etc. 10s all around! I WILL refer him to my friends and family. I WILL use him on my next sale/purchase. And I advise you to try him as well! You won’t be disappointed!

Chad is an excellent person and realtor. He listens, and pays attention to what you are seeking and does everything he can to make the process comfortable. He is very knowledgeable while not hesitating to research what he doesn’t know, to make sure he is giving his client correct information. He is patient. He worked with me off and on over a year while I fluctuated on my need to purchase asap or wait a bit. All the while, he was there for me and responded appropriately with wherever my level of urgency was at the moment. With his patience and diligence, we found my house and he went out of his way to assist me in making this decision from 3000 miles away. I highly recommend him. You will not find a nicer, more accommodating realtor.

My situation was bittersweet. Debbie handled it delicately. I was left my parents house, which was actually my grandparents house, after they both passed away in 2025. We originally met Debbie at an open house when my daughter was looking for a house. My daughter hired her as her realtor and she was so patient with her for the year she was looking. So why not give her the opportunity to do the sale for my property. She helped out with all the paperwork, open permits, logistics with staging the house for the one open house we had. Had 6 or so offers and accepted the first one about one week later. She knew exactly how to handle the business and we received alot more than I ever expected. I now consider Debbie a friend and will most definitely be doing all my families realty dealings. She is one of kind and appreciate all that she has done and will continue to do in her career.
