When we met with David we were impressed with his enthusiasm and energy. He seemed energized and excited at the prospect of marketing our property. All the agents we interviewed lavishly praised our home but David seemed more genuine and specific in noting features that were marketing high points. I am a NJ Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with 45 years of experience, two professional designations and am a court recognized expert witness in real estate valuation. Dorian was fantastic to work with when selling our home. Her knowledge of local market pricing was spot-on. She communicated clearly all along the way and made closing worry-free. With about a dozen showings and snow on the ground most of the time, a deal was signed within 2 months for full price thanks to some good negotiation. The deal closed about 30 days later without a hitch. We recommend Dorian highly!
