⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My wife and I just closed on our first home yesterday, and we honestly could not have asked for a better realtor than Pete throughout the entire process. From day one, he made us feel comfortable, informed, and confident every step of the way. Pete helped us find the perfect home that truly checked all of our boxes. He was incredibly thorough in explaining everything to us, always keeping us updated and making sure we understood what was happening throughout the process. As first-time home buyers, that level of communication and guidance meant a lot to us. His communication was top-notch, and he was always flexible and accommodating with our busy schedules whenever we wanted to see homes. Beyond that, his network and connections throughout the industry were invaluable — from mortgage reps to insurance agents and other trusted professionals, he surrounded us with great people the entire way. Pete genuinely went above and beyond for our family, and it’s clear he truly cares about his clients and the work he does. We’re incredibly grateful for everything he did for us and wouldn’t have wanted anyone else helping us find our home. Highly recommend!

Hello, yes, I sold my own investment property but I'm not here to toot my own horn. Just wanted to let you know that I stopped using RateMyAgent for reviews a long time ago. You can find my more recent reviews on Google.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. And would go out of her way to help make things easy for the seller and buyer,

I have worked with Silvia through the selling of two homes and the purchase of another. I’ve never met a person that goes so far above and beyond expectations. She’s an industry professional who knows her way around and gets things done. Can’t recommend Sylvia enough!
