When we met with David we were impressed with his enthusiasm and energy. He seemed energized and excited at the prospect of marketing our property. All the agents we interviewed lavishly praised our home but David seemed more genuine and specific in noting features that were marketing high points. I am a NJ Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with 45 years of experience, two professional designations and am a court recognized expert witness in real estate valuation. My wife was a Chief Operating Officer of a national appraisal management company and has worked in mortgage companies, appraisal software companies and managed appraisal data portals for companies such as Corelogic, Mercury and Appraisalscope, so we have a level of knowledge and familiarity that is uncommon in consumers.
