I was very lucky to have Pat for my Realtor. Having to sell my sister’s beautiful home after she passed was extremely stressful and difficult for me.She helped me every step of the way in everything I had to do. She was always available for me when I needed her! She is professional and extremely knowledgeable of the housing market and certainly advised me to do the right thing. Please don’t second guess when looking for a realtor, Pat Fiume is the best. Thank you Pat!

We met Pat when we bought our house 25 years ago, and she helped us sell it. She was great to work with, responsive and friendly!

I will say her portfolio is what impressed me, so my expectations were set high. Market Knowledge is a strong point for Pat. Professionalism is a strong point for Pat and her team especially Marcy. Marcy is very detail oriented and very responsive. Communication from Pat is not her strong point which was a little frustrating. However, when I needed her the most at the time of closing she went above and beyond to make it happen with all my request.

Carmela was very good at calming us down when we got stressed during the home selling process. She made herself available when calling or texting. She was very easy to talk to. She stepped in to help us when we needed assistance with getting a certificate of occupancy. We would definitely recommend her.

Very helpful and responsive throughout entire process. Closed much sooner than expected which I credit to Carmella’s efforts. Will definitely use her again in future real estate transactions and will recommend to others.

I was the sellers agent on a recent closing where Carmela represented the buyer. From start to finish, Carmela was a pleasure to partner with to bring this deal to the closing table. Carmela truly cares about her client and I felt like I was working with a professional, honest and thoughtful agent the entire process. Hope to be able to work together soon!
