We were relocating to another state due to a new job and wanted to sell our house quickly. Dave came into the picture with a plan to sell our house in the quickest amount of time with the most return. We closed roughly 6 weeks later for 51k more than the highest cash buyer was offering. Dave also provided great advise on how to deal with the purchase of our house in the new area we were looking to buy. Dave was professional, knowledgeable, personable, punctual and friendly. We would recommend him to anyone who wants to buy or sell a home.

This is actually the second time we have used Mary and she will always be our go to. The sale of our house happened so fast and so smooth. From day one, she made recommendations to us to help with the sale of our house which we did everything she asked and it made a huge difference. Our house was under contract within a couple weeks. Finding our new house was quite the ordeal but Mary was there every step of the way. We must have seen at least 50 houses with her. We all know how rough the market is right now especially after bidding on several houses and losing but she helped us to find our dream home which we were meant to be in. There are thousands of realtors out there but there is only one Mary. Take this advice form a total stranger on the internet, if you want to have a great experience in selling and or purchasing a home, Mary is who you want to work with.

I found Jessica just being on line looking at whatever I could afford, lolol, Never Ever did I think I would be looking at Modulars. Did not have 1 clue how it even worked. So, With that I was very scared about that type of purchase and even more with Lot Lease being seperate. After her support and teaching me the process, I figured whats the difference between Lot Lease and Property Taxes? Do you ever own the land anyways?
