I found Jessica just being on line looking at whatever I could afford, lolol, Never Ever did I think I would be looking at Modulars. Did not have 1 clue how it even worked. So, With that I was very scared about that type of purchase and even more with Lot Lease being seperate. After her support and teaching me the process, I figured whats the difference between Lot Lease and Property Taxes? Do you ever own the land anyways? She found us a rental to live in while we got acclimated with the area. Then when our lease was almost up she helped us find our permanent home. During this process Debbie always made herself available to us and even accompanied us to open houses on the weekends. If we wanted to see a house she was always available. She worked hard to find us nice homes to see in our budget, guided us through different areas, and always kept our best interest in mind.
