Well, where do I start? Jacki was the best to work with. I shouldn't call it work because she was also a lot of fun to work with. Not only was she there every time I needed her, but she would also check in to make sure everything was going ok. She also was doing things she didn't have to. When something happened on the seller's side, she also helped with that, when she didn't have to. She was very fare with everyone. I ended up having a nickname for her. (The Pit Bull) LOL.
