Anthony Garcia was my agent in selling a trailer located in Belaire Estates. He saw a flyer that we had placed in the main office. He reached out and offered his services. I was hesitant at first, due to the fact that I was told it would be quite easy to sell due to the market. I had only received one call in reference to the trailer other than the one from Anthony. I live a distance away and reconsidered his offer. He was very knowledgeable about the area, the sale of trailers in the area and how to get the paperwork done. He was able to answer any questions I had and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Anthony was upfront and honest with all that was going on with appointments and interest. Debrah was a godsend. She worked non stop to sell our home and find our family our new home. It didn’t matter how late we called to see a house.. She was there. Never pushed us to settle on something just to get the sale. She Never gave us the feeling that she wasn’t all in. In fact , she basically did her job and the attorneys job as he wasn’t a big help.
