I've worked with many agents on buying/selling, and the majority of them "go through the motions" and are solely motivated by their commissions. Working with Michelle has shown me otherwise. She came recommended to me through an investor acquaintance and I haven't looked at working with others since. Michelle definitely knows her markets well, isn't afraid to give an honest assessment (good or bad), will work tirelessly to try earn top dollar on sales, whilst also trying to secure good deals on purchases. I rarely give recommendations, but this one is definitely warranted.

Jasmine was very knowledgeable about the market and despite the market changing from a sellers to a buyers market we were still able to sell our home in a timely manner.
