My husband and I reached out to Darlene remembering that she was the one representing the people we bought our house from almost 19 years ago. She responded within hours and was at our home the next afternoon to discuss our options. Due to her many years of experience in the local real estate market, she was able to offer us very sound advice on the current state of the real estate market and suggested that we would be successful in selling our home if we listed it within the next few weeks. After that discussion, we made the decision to list our home and we collectively decided that would happen in 10 days time. The day our home was listed we booked 28 showing appts to occur over 2.5 days. We then received 16 offers on our home!! Darlene helped us through the entire process of comparing and contrasting the offers in order to select the best one. Every step of the way we relied on Darlene, her daughter Megan and her husband Mark to walk us through the process of listing, negotiations, inspections and closing. We could not be any happier with the amazing way Darlene represented us throughout this process. If you need a Realtor that you can trust to see you through your entire home sale process, Darlene and her team should be your first and only call!!

Darlene and her daughter Megan were very supportive during our home search. They are very familiar with the areas they cover and only showed us homes that met our budget and size needs. They were always available to answer questions and schedule showings for us. As first-time buyers, Darlene was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came time for us to navigate the process of submitting offers. We were able to find a home and Darlene was able to advocate for us, when the home was not up to her standards during the final walkthrough. I would work with Darlene and Megan again!

Darlene Mayernik has sold three houses (2021, 2017, and 2004) for me and she completely understands the real estate business and her client's needs. Darlene and her team handle everything for her clients, which makes the process seamless for the Seller. I would run, not walk to Darlene for assistance with purchasing or selling another house.
