Pat was wonderful as our selling agent. We were remodeling a home to move into and she met with us (a few times)well before we were ready to sell our current home. She gave us a lot of information to prepare and went over the whole process with us. Once we were ready to sell she helped make the process easy. From setting a selling price, to meeting with the township fire inspector or attending settlement in our place she made the whole process smooth. In the end we sold our home for well above asking price. Thank you so much Pat!
