She knew the current market, and suggested a sales price which was spot on. Her thoroughness, familiarity with the rules, regulations, and those whose approvals were needed resulted in a quick and easy marketing and selling of my home. She was always available to take my calls, and responded to my questions and concerns with understanding and solutions. Of all the many real estate agents involved in my buying and selling houses and condominiums, she is the most impressive. I am so grateful and appreciative of all she has done.

Several challenges could've made facilitating the sale of my parents' house a drawn out process. My parents are elderly. I was living on the other side of the country. Yet Kathy made the entire process from start to settlement feel easy, and go fast and smooth. Whether it was putting my parents at ease throughout the process, especially the constant house visitations from prospective buyers, or letting me know exactly what I needed to do to move the process forward remotely, working with Kathy was all we could've hoped for. I flew in for the settlement, and have joked with my family the most time consuming part of the process was waiting for the photocopies of all the paperwork I'd just signed.
