Smooth and fast house sale despite my living on the other side of the country

Several challenges could've made facilitating the sale of my parents' house a drawn out process. My parents are elderly. I was living on the other side of the country. Yet Kathy made the entire process from start to settlement feel easy, and go fast and smooth. Whether it was putting my parents at ease throughout the process, especially the constant house visitations from prospective buyers, or letting me know exactly what I needed to do to move the process forward remotely, working with Kathy was all we could've hoped for. I flew in for the settlement, and have joked with my family the most time consuming part of the process was waiting for the photocopies of all the paperwork I'd just signed.
