Erica is very knowledgeable In her field and whenever I requested additional information, i.e. home warranty plans, termite inspection companies, etc, she was always more than happy to provide the information. Also during my close, which was not the greatest due to the buyers agent, she was the peacemaker and clarified information on documents and had my back throughout the close 200%.
