I have known Nikunj from before this transaction of selling our house. The situation in which we initiated the sale was difficult and overbearing on us as a family. Very detailed market knowledge and understanding of the market trends. Made our home selling process seem very streamlined and easy because of this approach. Would love to use Nikunj's services to buy/sell our other properties in future.

Overall very good agent, but felt overall process a bit less transparent. We saw a tendency of not arranging open house, rather stressing on buyers looking for houses for the same agency(for obvious reasons). Some buyers visited more than once , but no offer no proper reasons were revealed. May be the process has to be more transparent.

Working second time with Nikki to sell the house. He’s having perfect $ estimate of the property and gave ideas to sell the house within expected time frame. A total worry free experience.
