We cannot say enough good things about Linda Burke. She is knowledgeable, very thorough, and personable. Before choosing her, we had interviewed many real estate agents. She was very helpful when we were getting our house ready for sale by giving us many specific and affordable recommendations. Other agents either did not offer us many ideas, or they were suggesting major and expensive renovations. Her solid knowledge of the structural and mechanical parts of houses was helpful, both when we were selling and buying. She was also a strong negotiator for us concerning repairs when we bought our new home. We recommend her highly.

My wife and I had listed our house for almost 90 days with our previous realtor and had no offers. We took the house off the market feeling discouraged until we spoke to Jessica. My wife and I met with her and knew instantly that we wanted to relist our house with Jessica as our agent. Within a month we had plenty of foot traffic and an offer! Jessica helped us realize the full potential of our house and helped get it sold quickly. She was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. When it came to buying our new house, Jessica was very proactive in sending us listings she thought would match our criteria. She helped us find our dream home within 3 weeks of looking. She made the buying process extremely easy and was able to negotiate with the sellers to get us a great price for our forever home. I highly recommend anyone looking for an agent to talk to Jessica and you will be amazed at what she does. Thank you so much for all of your help!!
