Maryann was amazing to work with, I honestly can't say enough about how positive our experience was. She worked with us in finding our dream home, and understood how important this was to our family. She never once tried to sell us on any property, but showed us only properties that met out wish list. She was super patient and knowledgeable.

Deedra had been our realtor for quite a few years. She helped us purchase our first home, rent it out to two different tenants, and also sell our home. When everyone drops the ball, takes their time, and process paperwork incorrectly, you can count on Deedra to be on top of her job and everyone else’s. My recent sale was a disaster due to a lawyer dragging her feet on simple paperwork and a different agent not understanding simple communication tasks and basic sell/buy requirements. The only reason things were smoothed out was because of Deedra’s drive, knowledge, and tenacity. She’s a wonderful person and so very kind but also knows how to be a shark when she needs to be. I wouldn’t ever go with anyone else in the state of New Jersey. If you want things handled and your peace of mind, don’t look anywhere else because you’ll be selling yourself short. 5 stars is the minimum that she could get from me. Highly recommend!
