Kim spent 3+ years finding potential homes for us, srtting up appointments at dozens and giving; us genuinely useful guidance on valuations and the market. No request was ever too burdensome and no lication too out of the way. She finally found us the best house for us at the best price. Lean on Kim for guidnce, because she understands the market, the bidding game and what you really want.

Her knowledge of the market was quite refreshing. She was able to give me a price that I could sell my house for and with a great deal of confidence she did get that price!! It only took a couple days to sell my house in a market that was Trending down. Made the process almost completely effortless for me I just had to sit back and watch. I highly recommend Heather. My opinion is based on a very long sales history of my own. It's really neat to see this professional person do her job so professionally.

I loved working with Fern. She was always available to me - nights, weekends, whenever. Fern was by Buyer's Agent and represented me exceptionally. The Seller Agent wanted to add an extra charge above $1,000, but Fern was able to get the charge deleted because the other Agent never put it in writing. I will use Fern again and will recommend her to friends.

Awesome person to work with on point with anything I asked for as for request about the purchase always had time to answer the phone and questions you might have.
