We came into this home buying experience with a lot of unanswered questions in terms of where we wanted to live what style home we wanted and what level of work we were willing to put in. While initially this felt overwhelming and daunting John ensured that we saw a variety of styes and locations to understand what our preferences were. He did a wonderful job at coaching us though and ensuring that we saw enough properties to make an informed decision as a buyer.

I knew we were going to have a difficult time selling a tenants in common property. We decided to go with the best realter we could find. Ryan Dawson's name kept coming up. It was difficult. Ryan took charge and did a magnificent job throughout and was even able to sell the property over asking price. A true Pro.

From the moment Ryan came over I knew I was in good hands. I had to head back to FL where I had already moved and did not get to some of my donations or cleaning out my garage and basement. Ryan came in with his wife Melinda and did it all for me and told me to get on my flight. Within 3 days the house was staged, videos were done and the open house was scheduled. I was alerted by text each time there was a showing and Ryan networked and showed the house many times personally. Once the house was sold his assistant helped me with letting in repair men and doing fire inspections and his wife Melinda did an estate sale and made all donations as well. I never returned to NJ. From A to Z everything was done for me. True white glove service. I loved them so much I gave them my other listing as well as my friend’s listing around the corner. She is thrilled as well.
