I knew we were going to have a difficult time selling a tenants in common property. We decided to go with the best realter we could find. Ryan Dawson's name kept coming up. It was difficult. Ryan took charge and did a magnificent job throughout and was even able to sell the property over asking price. A true Pro.

From the moment Ryan came over I knew I was in good hands. I had to head back to FL where I had already moved and did not get to some of my donations or cleaning out my garage and basement. Ryan came in with his wife Melinda and did it all for me and told me to get on my flight. Within 3 days the house was staged, videos were done and the open house was scheduled. I was alerted by text each time there was a showing and Ryan networked and showed the house many times personally. Once the house was sold his assistant helped me with letting in repair men and doing fire inspections and his wife Melinda did an estate sale and made all donations as well. I never returned to NJ. From A to Z everything was done for me. True white glove service. I loved them so much I gave them my other listing as well as my friend’s listing around the corner. She is thrilled as well. Sold in 3 days. An amazing businessman and gentleman with an amazing team!!

Stop searching....you found the right guy. Ray Dawson fully understood how to deal with a corporate relo: tight timing given relocation deadlines, unique paperwork requirements and busy clients who are also dealing with a search process on the other end. Ryan Dawson and his team are first-rate and are worth 6.0 out of 5.0 scale but alas, I can only click on 5 stars. Hire him....make your life just a little bit easier by working with a dedicated professional.
