Well, after more than a wonderful century of life, my father - patriarch of the family in the truest sense - passed away. And so, hard as it was, we had to determine what to do with 65 years of memories (and furniture), and prepare this stately home for sale. We knew Ryan's name, as he has become a prominent realtor selling properties in our area of Morris Township. We also knew a childhood friend who spoke with Ryan about selling their home - and loved him. And so, after meeting Ryan (and other realtors) and discussing our situation, we agreed to work with him. This was the sale of my parents' home where they lived for 57 years.
