We wanted to send a huge thank you to Aura and Jhoanny for all their help finding our new house! It feels like ages ago – over a year, actually – that we started this crazy house hunt. Aura and Jhoanny were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. Seriously, every time we wanted to check out a place, Aura and Jhoanny were there, ready to go. We couldn't have done it without their incredible support and patience. They are both so dedicated and professional, but also so easy to work with – it made the whole experience much less stressful. Alayne was the realtor that reached out to me when looking for an apartment for my octogenarian mom. She was so kind and patient when working with my mom (and me), that I can't thank her enough. My point to that statement is; she didnt pressure us to work with her, at all, during the apartment search. Her kindness, compassion and patience "sold" me on her! I've dealt with a few other realtors over the past 10 years, and I can tell you, they were more focused on themselves than on me, as the client. Alayne focuses in YOU and what you may need or want. Lisa was great from the start. She handled everything very professionally and made getting our home ready to be listed very easy. She helped us pick the right price point to get a ton of traffic into the home with many bids over asking in only one weekend. Overall I feel we got a fair price for the home and was happy with how smoothly things went.
