This helped buyers visualize the complete renovation. She then created a custom video of the before and after to again assist buyers in seeing the potential, highlighting the home's greatest strengths, the elegant staircase , the location on First Ave, the large windows that bath the home in natural light and the ocean view. She is a solid negotiator and sold our home during the difficult winter months for a sales price of ten percent more than what we were told by other agents could not be done.
