Nils is a very knowledgeable realtor and really takes the time to explain things in great detail. As a first time home buyer, Nils really helped answer all of my questions (and my husbands') while also providing us with all of the information we needed to know prior to searching for our first Home. As we started looking for houses, it became quite obvious that Nils was very experienced. He knew exactly what we were looking for and truly looked out for our best interest. More importantly, he is honest. There is no sugarcoating it with Nils! Which ended up working in our favor because we found the perfect house! Although Nils is very busy, he is super flexible with his schedule and has met with my husband and I when it was most convenient for us. We never felt rushed with him either. In fact, he always took the time to explain everything thoroughly, so we never had any doubts. I would highly recommend using Nils as an agent, especially if you are very picky (like myself) and pay attention to detail. He is very informative, honest, and a great listener. He was there every step of the way and guided us through all of the befores, afters, and in betweens! We have been in our house for 5 months now, and we couldn't be happier!
