He was amazing with responding to our constant requests to see new places, helping with the documents that were requested, closing, and explaining to my elderly parents.

We listed our house for sale with Laser Dec. 2019. When we went to Fl. for the winter. Lazar handled all the details, and displayed them on the Web. Before we came back from Fl. in April 2020, we were in Contract. In spite of some legal and Covid-19 problems. Lazar guided the sale thru negotiating with the Attorneys and the buyers. Lazar did a great job. I would give him a top rating for all he did.

I connected with Erin to list my moms house because she did such an awesome job getting my aunts house sold. Beginning with our first meeting, she was able to guide me through the process explaining all of the steps involved. Erin is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the selling process and this gave me the confidence I needed to begin. She advised me on what I should do in preparing the home for our open house weekend, which resulted in 4 offers. She is very professional and responded in a timely manner with any questions I may have had. She definitely knows the market whether you are a buyer or seller and also has a wealth of resources be it an attorney, lender etc as you move to the final stages. My overall experience in working with Erin was a positive one and grateful for her assistance in getting the home sold.
