Natalie was extremely attentive to all of the facets of selling and purchasing a home. She was detail oriented, well informed and clearly communicated with us at all points. In a market that was unusually fast and demanding she stayed ahead of the demands. After listing our property late on a Friday afternoon, Natalie had an overwhelming number of showings scheduled by the beginning of Saturday morning. She stayed with the demand on both Saturday and Sunday and our home had six offers by late afternoon on Sunday. As each offer was presented, Natalie was prepared to advise us, work with agents representing the potential buyers and we accepted an offer by Sunday evening. The most prevalent comment we heard as we encountered prospective buyers was how "kind and competent Natalie was".
