This was my first time selling a house. It’s a stressful time and we weren’t sure on what to do. Well all that changed with Stacey. She guided us the process all the way making things easy. She was thorough, prompted on answering all our questions. Available anytime to suit our needs with scheduling appointments. She helped with everything and explained in detail all the documents to us and was very of the market. I truly recommend her. We were very happy. She is a wonderful person.

Melanie was the first and only agent we interviewed; I knew immediately that we were in good hands. Her advice on preparing our home for sale was spot on, and we didn't waste needless funds on upgrades which wouldn't have substantially increased our return on investment. She was honest with us throughout our home sale process, realistic about pricing even when it was hard to accept, and always prepared with comps and market reports to justify price adjustments. I noticed that when we had open houses or interactions with potential buyers, Melanie always came across as polished and professional, even down to her attire. Not every agent does, and in my opinion, that makes a big difference. When I (needlessly) panicked after some time had elapsed on our listing, Melanie was reassuring and calm. Communication was excellent. All of my texts and emails and phone calls were promptly returned, and I was truly appreciative of the honest feedback from buyers which she passed along. When the time came closing and we were assigned to others associated with Keller Williams, they were similarly competent and proactive. And, the movers, painters and moving people Melanie referred us to were top-notch in terms of quality of workmanship and competitive pricing. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Melanie to other potential sellers. Currently renting, but when we purchase our next home, I have asked Melanie to represent us as our buyer's agent.
