Shane was very knowledgeable and had great connections with inspections in getting things done in a timely manner. He was definitely in my corner when it came to inspection on the main sewer line. The inspector was unable to remove the cap and initially the sellers refused to pay a plumber to remove the cap to the main sewer line. Shane got my consent and pressured the sellers to pay the plumber to remove it. Shane definitely had me covered every step of the way. I highly recommend his services.
