My wife and I were looking to sell our condo at 501 Bean Hill Rd. unit 36 in Northfield. When we called Jeremy to ask for his help, he was quick to respond. When Jeremy arrived, we walked him through our home and then he continued to give us advice on how to prepare our home for the sale. He went onto to explain all the paperwork that we went over. He made sure that we understood all that was going to happen. When he felt we were confident and understanding in preparing for the sale of the house the sale was on. We had many many questions as the sale was going on and we never had to wait very long for the answer. If you’re looking to sell your home, I recommend to give Mr. White a call.

From the very beginning of our relationship, Kayvan showed the empathy and patience necessary to guide me through my home search. He was prompt at returning calls and kept me informed of what was available on a daily basis. As I was uncertain what type of home I wanted, Kayvan didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear; he truly gave me the pros and cons of each home/situation I was considering. When I was outbid on a home I was very interested in, Kayvan offered just the right words and encouragement to lift me back up. I finally did find the right home and Kayvan was right there with me to negotiate a fair price. The closing went smoothly and I am truly happy in my new home. I highly recommend Kayvan whether you are buying or selling any property.
