Arden took a subtle approach to our needs. We informed her that we were not going to look until after this summer. She sent us listings as they came up between our price range, but did not pressure us. If she did we would’ve cut ties with her. One of the listings she sent us we were very interested in and moved forward. We made an offer and she got that done even though we had a house sale contingency. Brianne was the ally I needed during my home search. As a first time home buyer, I was unsure of my priorities and how the process worked. After my father passed away I was made the personal representative of his estate and charged with selling his home. I felt overwhelmed and didn’t know where to start. Thankfully I found Brianne!
