They even got the best deals for me on the inspections and local repair people for anything that needed to be done on the house...and because they have been around for so long and have such a great relationship with local repair people, I got great treatment from those companies as well... and the loan officer and title company! When I came to visit for the due diligence period, I sincerely felt like I was being cared for by family members with how supportive they were of my inexperience, me being new to the area, and being fearful that I was making a bad financial decison. They always gave honest and informed advice. Now, thanks to them, I am a homeowner in a very cute home that is pretty much fully renovated. This team has changed my life for the better, and I would not have lucked out as much as I did without them!
