I've had the privilege of working with Tammi and Mike Panos on both the buying and selling side of transactions and have always been extremely satisfied. Most recently they helped me sell a rental property that was in rough shape. Being from out of state I was concerned that I may have to take several trips to get the property ready for sale. But Mike and Tammi jumped in immediately and took ownership of the situation as if it were their own! They made great recommendations on what to repair/freshen up and then knew excellent workers that got the repairs done quickly and for a fair price. Mike even did several of the repairs himself! Their excellent communication and very pleasant can-do attitude made the process enjoyable. They found a buyer quickly and then represented me very well in the back and forth that ensued all the way up until closing. If you're looking for a realtor in Las Vegas - this is your team! They go well above and beyond and are truly delightful people to work with!

Christopher was an excellent agent to work with and I would highly recommend him. He is honest, has integrity, and is very knowledgeable and professional. After visiting over 20 homes and making 3 offers, Christopher never gave up on finding me the perfect home….and I did! He was also able to get me a seller concession and recommended a general contractor that has exceeded my expectations. Christopher is higher than 5 stars, he’s the best!

Buying your first house is a great feat. It appears to be hard and could be scary and stressful especially if you want to do it right. I'm so glad that I had Fariba by my side. She was very helpful and patiently told me everything about Las Vegas, its neighborhoods, market trends and its ups and downs. She heard my likes and concerns and provided me with various options that matched my preferences. With her over 30 years of experience and vast network of connections, Fariba helped me with not only finding my lovely home, but with Mortgage, Inspection, Title and even repairs. Fairba was with me each step of the way and I feel lucky and glad to have her as my agent.

Just wanted to say that Nancy did a wonderful job helping us find our new house in Las Vegas. She went above and behind going the extra mile to help us look for homes. We lived in Slc and wasn't always able to travel to Vegas. She went out by herself, and did FaceTime and pictures and video with several different homes to help us. She is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We will definitely recommend her to friends and family. 10 stars...thank you for all your help!
