He was with us the entire way. Including but not limited to an offer that fell through secondary to the seller and then hanging in there and finding us our DREAM home. It is literally PERFECT and he found it! We love it. The entire process was seamless, a few hiccups beyond Kerry's control and he still apologized for those profusely, even though it was another agency's glitch. Would highly recommend.

Kerry and his team are truly amazing ! I started working with Kerry about 2 years ago. I thought when I came to him with my intent and dream to own my own home he would laugh me all the way to the door but he didn’t. He was so excited for me that I wanted to take this step into future homeownership. There was some work that I needed to do with my credit in order to qualify for the home loan but again Kerry did not leave my side at all. He introduced me to Movement mortgage who teamed up with Kerry to help me work through my credit challenges to get me at the score I needed be at. Once approved Kerry jumped into action, meeting us almost every single day for two weeks until we found the home that we wanted. We made an offer and within 30 days we closed. Kerry walked me through every step of the way making sure that I understood all the processes and did not get overwhelmed as this was my first time buying experience. I would recommend Kerry and his team of amazing and professional individuals to anyone looking into buying a home. Kerr is not afraid of a challenge. They are very motivated and dedicated to what they do, you can tell that this is truly their passion.
