Miss Marilyn is the only one I think of when it comes to buying houses or selling. I have purchased in multiple states including multiple properties here in Fallon Nevada and have tried other realtors. The experience with Miss Marilyn has been an enjoyable experience due to her skills, honesty, and thought. Initially her and I met while viewing another property I was not overly eager about and she was the others agent. The way she handled my scoffing about that property made me take another look at it in a positive light. Pretty sure neither of us thought that later on we would be each other’s client/agent. I am about to sell my last two homes and make my last purchase and because of the personal magnitude of it I would trust no other than her to do so.

Victor was referred to me by a close friend who stated "I trust Victor" (that says alot, my friend is a cop) Victor managed to exced my expectations. I was particular in what I was hoping to find and Victor always kept that in mind. My last realtor (in Vegas) kept steering me toward houses that were outside of my budget, too big or in the wrong part of town, with Victor there was none of that, he was spot on with each idea that he shared. From the beginnng to the end, he always kept me informed of where we stood in the process & arrived at every meeting early and completely prepared. He selected a team to work with (inspectors, mortgage brokers & title company) that were so efficient that the process flew by. I decided to buy a house on Jan 26th, 2018 and Victor handed me the keys to my new house 34 days later on Feb 28th, 2018 (even though as I learned the day before I signed my paperwork at the title company, the sellers realtor forgot to tell the sellers that they were closing 2 weeks early). I'm impressed with Victor, by using him as your realtor, you would be doing yourself a favor.
